Roll-up banners are only allowed standing against a wall. Therefore it is essential to let us know asap if you will bring a roll-up, so we can consider your needs when allocating the stand number. Otherwise it might be that the roll-up can only be placed far away from the stand against a wall, to not diminish visibility of other exhibitors.
Each stand comes with 4 power outlets, exhibitor wifi and a poster to indicate your needs. Next to your country, industry and company logo, you can indicate up to three needs or goals your company is trying to achieve during the event. See here for an example [example of previous poster].
All stands except the bootstrap stand can be customized. To differentiate your stand from the other exhibitors and as a tool to increase traffic, we challenge you to think of a creative way in customizing your stand. Customization can range from balloons over flower pots to a stand roof or even entirely different setup of the stand, within your dedicated space. We are deliberately unspecific about this to allow for maximum freedom and truly creative ideas. Please note however that you need to communicate your idea beforehand (latest 3 weeks before the event) to us so we can check if it is feasible (explosives are not feasible!).
Companies in the bootstrap academy plan or the growth-stage guild plan are eligible to join this session. During the investor burn session, the chosen startups will dare to take their company pitch in front of four investors and the audience. The aim is to determine if your startup is ready for pitching in a similar situation, in front of investors when money is at stake. Get judgement, clear feedback and suggestions for improvements on your pitch, show us why your startup deserves funding!
Companies in the growth-stage guild plan or the scale-up circle are eligible to join this session. It is most suitable for companies that are looking for a specific role to be filled in their team. Here you get the chance to pitch a job vacancy at your company in front of the audience and present the company culture that makes this job so awesome and desirable!

The investor clinics get you in touch with an investor on a 10 minute one-to-one session. Matchmaking for those will be done prior to the event. All startup plans are eligible for the investor clinics.
The round table sessions bring you in close contact with the company hosting that session.
Eligible companies can initiate a talent table session. The talent tables bring together a few selected talents looking for a job with the hosting company.
A sponsored cluster is subsidized through an enterprise sponsor. Startups exhibiting on this cluster have subsidized fees. The startups for such a cluster are selected depending on the sponsor’s preference in industries and have to be approved by the sponsor to finish the application process.
Every startup gets a profile on the website and promotion through our Twitter, Facebook and Instagram accounts which make up to 25,000 followers. We will also have national and international media coverage during and after the festival.
