The biggest cost in most startup companies is payroll. However the greatest asset of these same companies is usually the staff and their productivity and contribution to the company mission. This round table will explore the traditional startup reward model and will ask if there are better approaches that may lead to more success. For example does a larger stake for employees and a more open and transparent culture produce a better result all round.
